is a family operated company with wholesale and retail operations. The retail store was in 1997 by Eric Stevens a third generation family jeweler. With a background in jewelry design, manufacturing, wholesale and retail it was a logical choice to open in the current location in West Springfield, Massachusetts where shoppers come from miles around to shop along the major travel route or to visit the Ingleside mall just behind the store.

Stevens Diamond Jewelers is run like a mom and pop style business but with the strengths of a large corporation. In 2001 to meet customers demands for better diamonds Eric Stevens secured a partnership in a diamond cutting facility in the worlds diamond headquarters Ramat Gan, Israel. This new partnership improved on wholesale operations as well as allowing the company to sell direct to the public at prices which other jewelers where paying for their diamonds. Due to Stevens Jewelers direct source and large volume buying power Stevens Jewelers is able to bring beautiful designs from around the world to the public at extreme values. As Stevens Jewelers grows there are constant additions of new products international designers. The business was founded with the belief in service and value and the staff does its very best everyday to deliver fine quality products and service to every visitor that enters the store.
